Bracing For Winter Weather

It's coming....that four letter word that makes drivers around here turn into idiots. Snow. And not just flurries, but an actual STORM complete with the possiblity of Thunder snow. The winter storm warning takes effect at midnight tonight and is expected to be in effect until noon tomorrow. They are forcasting anywhere from ten to fourteen inches for us at a rate of 1 to 2 inches an hour. The snow line has past Barrington already. When we get precipitation it will be in the form of the white stuff. A heavy, wet, white snow that is nicknamed "Heart Attack Snow". People will try to shovel too much of the stuff and have heart attacks because of the strain on their bodies... It only figures that we would not make it past November without a major snow event. We almost made it too with tomorrow being December 1st and all.
