Where is the snow?

So, here we are in January, and there is not any (measurable) snow. We've had rain, freezing fog (always fun), and COLD temperature as well as some unseasonablely warm ones (60 degree for a couple days). This morning there is a dusting of snow on the rooftops. For some reason the snowplow company for the lawyer's parking lot decided they needed to show up to plow (probably needed to show up just to charge the lawyer, kind of ironic really). They didn't plow the lot (hardly enough to bother swinging by for); they just turned around and left.

The trains have been waking Brian up lately. They seem to have gotten louder and shake the house more than they used to. The track hasn't even been purchased by the CN railroad yet. We'll see what happens next.
